Lead time
The machine installation and testing will take 14 working days, after arrange the shipment.

Manual and manual video
We will send you manual and manual video with the machine, we saved them to U disk. Most our customers learned the laser cleaning machine with 1 to 2 hours. 

Warranty period
The complete pulse laser cleaning machine come with 12 months warranty period. If any part goes wrong during the warranty period, we are free to replace new part to broken one. The warranty does not include round-trip express shipping costs. After the warranty period, we will charge corresponding fees based on the actual purchase cost of accessories.

Technical support and service

When the machine has any problem or issue, please take whole video of trouble, after we will connect your Whatsapp and our engineer will help you to do it step by step.

Payment item 

When you confirm the order, we will send you proforma invoice, once we received 50% deposit, we will start to produce your laser cleaning machine immediately, when we finished installation and test, we will send you complete video of the machine for your inspection, when you inspect no problem, you will arrange the final payment and we can arrange shipment for you.
